		<description>It depends. if you get an UN-TETHERED Jailbreak, you can&#039;t turn it off as once you do, your iPod will be unjailbroken. However, if you get a TETHERED jailbreak, you can turn it off and on as much as you want. Check on www.ipodtouchfans.com forums for more info on jailbreaking in general.

		<description>It is because the jailbreak is tethered so you have to run the jailbreak application on your PC every time you restart your iPod.

So a solution is just don&#039;t turn off or restart it and just leave it on sleep mode. Its fine to leave it on sleep mode all the time even while charging.</description>
