Does anyone know what to do when an iPod touch jailbreak fails?

I attempted to jailbreak my itouch as well as there was a deadly blunder as well as we usually have 300MB of memory. Is there a approach to repair it? Do we consider apple would accept it for a deputy with a bureau warranty?
