I think you should jailbreak it, there are no disadvantages you just get all the apps for free and some nice themes.
an iphone/ipod touch with awesome apps is better then a DS.
believe me there are many awesome high quality fun games on the app store just jailbreak it and download them from http://www.appulo.us .

the advantages out weigh the disadvantages, however if you do jail break your phone you void all warranties on it and with apples track record for faults its only a matter of time before it breaks or needs to be sent back for repair. personally i just wouldn’t do it.

totally and YES IT DOES VOID YOU WARRANTY but ipods never gets bricked if somthing goes wrong just restore it.

, if you have any trouble jailbreaking ask me…
i would suggest you use a tool called Quickfreedom. also you’ll need wi-fi for cracked apps.after jailbroken go to Cydia and go to manage>sources>edit>add and add this source: http://cydia.hackulo.us

then go to search and search for appsync and installous after downloaded go to installous and it will lead you to a website named appulo.us and search watever you want and clik it and clik any off the links and download the app. then go to Downloads and clik the app and install.

it might not work, if so go to options and select dirty mode and try again. some apps still wont work just select another link. once you downloaded a app. you can use your computer to get cracked apps using iphone browser by downloading a app on your computer at http://appulo.us/appdb/ and dragging it ito your download folder located in

var>mobile>library>downloads and then going to your installous app on your ipod and go to downloads and install it…
