Is there a way to jailbreak an ipod touch without using power button?

Hi, my energy symbol has pennyless upon my ipod hold as well as is there divided to jailbreak it though regulating it. we now regulating blackrain though i wish it permnenant.

The only way i can think of is just find a way to use the power button weather by using a pin or something all jail breaks need to be put in DFU mode.
