Anyways, depends on if you want cool third party apps that already include iphone apps or overpriced apps with some new features. In my opinion I would jailbreak it, and if you don't like it you could always upgrade again. If you still really want the new update but you want it to be jailbroken, you could downgrade to 1.1.1, jailbreak, then wait till February, then the 1.1.3 jailbreak will be released by the dev team.
