in installous there is an option wether to sync with itunes

this is true- I did it 2 days ago with blackrain for my 3G
i just erased my installous when i updated my phone with tunes and i CANT figure out a way to get it back!!! please help me!!! i dont have cydia or the app installer on my phone …
