im meditative about jailbreaking my ipod hold 3rd gen as well as chronicle 4.0 is there any approach i can jailbreak as well as keep all my music? as well as have been there any risks which i should unequivocally consider? can i get in to any difficulty over it? thanks! as well as whats a most appropriate jailbreak for me?

1)Jailbreaking your ipod will remove all content, so if you want to keep it you would have to back it up to your computer.
2)There are always risks involved with these things, although jailbreaking (when youre doing the right thing) has been extremely safe. And you can always restore it if you are having problems.
3)On July 26 the Library of Congress ruled jailbreaking has been declared legal. However, jailbreaking officially negates any warranty with Apple, but if your ipod breaks you can always restore it and no one can tell that it was jailbroken.
4)Currently for the ipod touch 3rd gen 4.0 theres only one jailbreak method, and that is sn0wbreeze. Ive heard of another one called JailbreakMe thats supposed to come out soon, but id go with sn0wbreeze.
