no it wont(even if it would which the chances r 0% for that hapening just back up ur music, vids, pics with sharepod (getsharepod.com) all it does is jailbreak and add the cydia app

No it will not, it will just add Cydia to your ipods apps
Nope. Even if it did (which it won’t) You can always sync your apps and music back from iTunes
