Update – I just installed the new version of iTunes and the iPod Touch software – looks like they got the kinks out of the syncing problems I was having.
Oh, and also, make sure you have the “manually manage music” option checked. Click on the iPod name in the left sidebar and look at the Summary tab to find this option. Hopefully this will work for you.
You might try transferring purchases and seeing if the new songs on your ipod transfer to your music library. You should be able to add these songs to the library of songs you already have. Note that I have never tried this myself, so it’s only my best guess. Hope this works!
They just came out with version 9.0.3 today, so I’m currently downloading that. Haven’t installed or used it yet, though.
what is the version of your itunes?

Dude, She is awesome
You probably have to re-authorize your computer. Just click the “store” button at the top of iTunes and select the “authorize computer” command. Sign in with your username and password, and that might do the trick. Hope that helps
i installed windows 7 on my laptop and now i dont have any apps and i dont know what to do. help please. thanks
yea see for me it doesnt show applications on iTUnes
Hi – a couple things:
1. Make sure you’re signed into your account
2. Make sure your computer is authorized
3. Make sure the software is updated
4. Transferring applications won’t transfer it to your ipod, it transfer it from what you downloaded on the ipod to iTunes. You have to sync the ipod in the applications tab (which, hopefully you’ll have after you follow steps 1-3) for them to apply to the ipod
Hope this helps!

can some one help me i tried doing this but it only transfer my resident evil 4 to my itunes plz help me
You can try syncing the music from your iTunes music library to the new device; if you’ve been using the library to sync your music to begin with, should have all your music in it and accommodate a transfer. I’ve never run into this, though, because I don’t use the music library, so I couldn’t tell you for sure.
You must be signed into your account and have the computer authorized – I should have mentioned it in the video. Sorry!
While I can’t speak for all apps, the ones I’ve used don’t seem to be affected by a sync as long as they stay on the device and don’t get deleted. You should be okay, but with electronics, anything could happen.
If there is a app in the PC and the device, will its savedata be overwritten and I would have to start at level 1 on the games, or will it be unharmed?
I have a question. I already have an ipod and itunes on my computer. If I bought a new ipod, ipod touch and sync it to itunes which already have the songs on it. Will the music from itunes transfer to the new ipod?
works with iphone too. thanks!
