I was perplexing to jailbreak my ipod hold 2g as well as downloaded firmware though right away we wish to unjailbreak. Where do we find my strange firmware?

you can also put it in DFU mode asuming you jailbroke it your self you should know how to do that, then hook into your comp and it will say that its fucked up or some shit and you need to blah blah blah, click restore and it should automatically re-download the legit firmware.

go to http://felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/ and download the ipod touch 2.2.1 firmware if you didnt have it already, then plug in your ipod touch and open itunes,then click on your iPod on the devices part,then find the restore button,on a PC hold shift +click the restore button,then it’ll open a browse option,then browse for the firmware that you have or that youve just downloaded,click on that then iTunes would extract the software and you ipod touch would be un-jalbroked.music,apps and everything on your ipod touch may be formatted and no traces of em,but they still remained on your itunes library that you can sync to your ipod touch once more.hope it helps
