I POD TOUCH !!!!
I just downloaded it and I can’t wait to try it out on my run tomorrow!
I did and I really like it! However, they are the top downloaded free app for fitness and health so I figured their PR team did their job
Hey, Sarah. Thanks for the app suggestion, I’ll have to check it out.
Have you tried “Lose It!” by FitNow? I’d love to hear what you think about it.
wow lots of people love this app! I guess I’ll have to download it
Oh NO:( I’m so sorry to hear that. I got water damage on my first one a week after getting it, and at least got to buy a new one for half price.
seriously?! i feel stupid for not knowing this, but THANK YOU!
One app that I can’t live without anymore is the iFitness one… now yes it’s $2CAN (maybe different in the US…), but it’s the best $2 I’ve ever invested! It’s of huge help at the gym, gives me tons of good routines ideas! Cheers
Thanks Sarah…I want to start running again starting Monday so will check out the app now. Time to get off my arse the take my weight loss goals to a new level.
You actually don’t have to close the app to change your song. Simply double click your home button and a mini-menu will come up that allows you to fully control your music without interupting te app.
sarah i love you!
Where are you at??
Man. I would get this, but my iPod Touch got stolen. Stupid thieves that can’t afford to buy it themselves… didn’t even have it for a month….
i also like ifitness.
ou can monitor your weight and check your BMI… it also keeps your exercise logs. It’s def. worth 1.99 though!
your categories include arms abdominals back chest legs shoulders cardio and stretches which include many different exercises for each section.
lol still cant run multiple apps in the iphone, Mac learn from Android or Palm, we want multiple apps.!!!!!!
i personally really like ifitness. although it’s not free (1.99), i think its really helpful and efficient. there are multiple workout u can choose based on ur goal and the exercises are even isolated by muscle group. recently, the app also included cardio in the exercise list too. it’s great because it provides a motley assortment of lots of different exercises that are categorized by difficulty, too.
I dont have the application on my ipod touch can you tell me how to get the apps
thanks trainer has been a great help tooo
Thanks! Keep up with the great tips!
The tecnology the our favor. I as an engineer, I love it! Sarah, how much cost the iPod there?
Awesome. Pocket Trainer. If I get an iPhone I’ll get it.
btw, are you in the shower or something? Background looks like mine.
my name is sarah too
cool
hah wow sunglass tan
That’s cool and shit at the same time. People rely too much on technology as it is. I decide what I want to do on my own, how long I want to do it and document my stuff on good ol’ paper with an ink pen!
Are you a personal trainer?
