i have a brand new i phone 3gs as well as it is installed with apple games from apple site .if i jailbreak it , will all apps(games ) in it will be deleted during a process.if so what can i do to to get behind my paid apps in to a phone again after prison violation it.

No they wont be deleted if you jailbreak your phone. Also you can still use the app store as normal to download free and paid apps.
if u sign into ur itunes account with the jailbroken phone u should be good to just sync the phone with itunes and ur games will still be there.
